On September 4th, 2009 (9/4/2009) two AM Radio towers, each 12 inches short of 350 feet (3+5=8) and a third, shorter, (shockingly reminiscent of the two tall WTC towers and shorter Building 7) were brought down, within a few hours of each other, a nation apart by 2330 miles (2+3+3+0=8), in what is being called a domestic eco-terror action that was claimed by the ELF -
Earth Liberation Front.
The first of the two 349 ft ((3+4+9)/2=8) (349ft = 4188 in.) tall AM radio towers brought down was owned by
WAEB AM (note those call letters - particularly the WA!) just south of
EGYPT, in
Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania ... "A 350-foot-tall WAEB radio tower crashed to the ground early Friday in Whitehall Township after its support cables were cut, township police said. Five hours later, two radio towers near Everett, Wash., were knocked to the ground by a bulldozer in what officials feared was an act of eco-terrorism. The FBI said Friday night is looking into the possibility the two crimes are linked.''The FBI is aware of [the Whitehall case] and is going to be looking into it,'' said J.J. Klaver, FBI special agent in Philadelphia. ''I don't want to venture a guess as to whether the two things are related. That's probably premature.'' ..."The WAEB tower, one of five identical towers owned by Clear Channel in a Whitehall field west of MacArthur Road, lay in red and white pieces. Whitehall police said it came down between 1 and 1:30 a.m. The radio tower property is three miles north of Route 22. Until Friday, the toppled tower stood at the northern end of the property.
In Washington state around 3:30 a.m. Pacific time, authorities said, a bulldozer was used to topple two towers of Everett radio station KRKO. One of the towers was 350 feet tall; the other was shorter. An ''ELF'' sign was left at the Everett area scene, but officials could not confirm the destruction was the work of the anti-development Earth Liberation Front. The KRKO station was planning to add radio towers, and ELF members were known to oppose the plan. There were no similar expansion plans in Whitehall."...

According to WikiPedia, WAEB currently runs a standard slate of news talkers typical of Clear Channel Communications owned stations. This includes Glenn Beck Program, The Rush Limbaugh Show, The Sean Hannity Show, The Savage Nation, and Coast to Coast AM.
The Second of the two 349 ft tall AM radio towers (and 3rd smaller one) brought down on the opposite coast, was owned by
KRKO, in
Snohomish, County (47°55'32"N, 122°11'19"W) near
Everett, WA. Everett is home to three radio stations. KRKO 1380 AM (est. 1922) is a locally owned 50,000 watt sports radio station affiliated with FOX Sports Radio and it is the broadcast home for the Seattle Mariner's affiliate Everett AquaSox,the Western Hockey League Everett Silvertips and Washington State University Division I Football and Basketball.
